Mary Lucking

I am an artist currently living in working in Tucson, AZ. Examples of my work can be seen at my website, www.lizardacres.com

I grew up in California and Arizona (Phoenix and Douglas), and spent ten years in the eastern half of the US before returning to Arizona.

In 2003, I was chosen by Valley Metro Rail as the artist for the Indian School Station for the new light rail system in Phoenix.

Having attended Central High School just up the street, this project has been an enormously rewarding education about the history of a place that I know well, and don't know at all.
